9. Information collected through external service integrations
Lumo, provided by the Company, can connect with external services used by our users (workspace administrators) at the user's direction. When a user enables an integration, we collect the following information from each service at the user's direction and use it to provide our services. Collected information is stored in an access-controlled environment and is encrypted at rest and in transit.
1) LINE Official Account (LINE platform provided by LY Corporation)
As the core of our services, Lumo connects with the user's LINE Official Account and collects the following information.
- Friend data: identifiers on the LINE platform, profile information (display name and profile image), and follow/block status
- Message data: the content of messages sent and received between the LINE Official Account and its friends
- Engagement data: reactions to delivered messages, such as clicks on links in messages
- Identifiers used to link a friend with the user's customer records through LINE Login (identity linkage)
Purposes of use: delivering and responding to messages, managing friends, analyzing delivery results, and identifying and managing the same customer across external services (identity linkage)
2) Shopify Integration
The Company offers an application distributed through the Shopify App Store (the "App") that connects a user's Shopify store with Lumo. When a user installs the App and enables the integration, we collect the following information from Shopify at the user's direction and use it to provide our services.
Information we collect:
- Customer data: name, email address, phone number, customer ID, tags, order count, amount spent, and similar attributes (we do not collect addresses)
- Order data: order number, order amount, order status, ordered items (line items), and similar attributes
- Checkout data, including abandoned checkouts: email address, phone number, checkout items, and amounts
- Product data: product title, price, inventory status, and similar attributes
- Storefront event data: behavioral events such as product views collected through Shopify Web Pixels (customer events), and the Shopify customer ID of a logged-in customer
Purposes of use:
- Identifying and managing the same customer across the Shopify store and the LINE Official Account (CRM linkage)
- Building customer segments and delivering messages based on purchase and behavioral history
- Sending messages triggered by Shopify events such as completed orders, abandoned checkouts, and product views
- Reporting on message delivery and related analytics
The App writes LINE linkage identifiers to Shopify customer metafields.
Customer email addresses and phone numbers are not used or displayed for LINE messaging unless the user explicitly enables those fields (off by default).
When the App is uninstalled, we delete the store's integration data and the store data synced from Shopify. We respond to deletion requests (customers/redact, shop/redact) and data disclosure requests (customers/data_request) sent by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's procedures.
3) HubSpot Integration
When a user enables the integration with their HubSpot account, we collect the following information.

- Company data: information about companies associated with contacts
- List data: list definitions and contacts' list memberships
- Product data: products registered in HubSpot
Purposes of use: identifying and managing the same customer across HubSpot contacts and LINE Official Account friends (CRM linkage), narrowing message audiences based on lists and properties, and reporting on delivery results
Based on the user's settings, Lumo may also write LINE linkage status (such as friend status) back to HubSpot contact records and record LINE conversations on the HubSpot timeline.
